Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Whiteboard Recorder, a browser-based whiteboard tool provided by Whiteboard Recorder Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers a Free Plan and a Premium Plan. Payments are processed via Stripe, and subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your Stripe account. We do not offer direct cancellation through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others'rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., whiteboard projects, recordings). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We own all rights to the Service's software, design, and branding.

7. Sharing Feature (Premium Plan)

The sharing feature allows Premium Plan users to generate a unique URL for others to view a copy of their whiteboard. You are responsible for the content you share and any consequences of sharing it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your cloud-stored projects (Premium Plan) may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of US.
